About the Journal

Sky, Earth, Sea: A Journal of Practical Spirituality is a place where individuals on the Druid path, in all its varied forms, can share a wide array of interests, experience, expertise, and knowledge with the larger communities of Druids. Here, we gather together the treasures of individual Druids at work, creating a growing record of modern Druidry that deepens and broadens the modern path of various traditions. SES is also a teaching tool, a rich source of information and inspiration valuable to both new and long-practicing Druids.

Articles, poetry, artwork, and rituals in this journal honor the blending of the three ancient Druid elements: the inspiring Sky, the solid Earth, and the mutable Sea. As these Three dance together, magic is born.

SES is a journal of practical spirituality. Hearing each other’s stories and experiences can open doors that intellectual prowess alone cannot. Our content invite the reader to ask him or herself, “How am I walking my path today? What does the work of others have to offer my personal practice? What might my own ever-developing practice have to offer others?”

Few paths have as much diversity as Druidry, and we celebrate that diversity. Most Druid publications are aimed at one particular Druid community. SES seeks to promote dialog and mutual understanding across all Druid communities.
